The annual benefit will be held June 28, 2014 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Verb Ballet has announced the second annual “Dance into Summer” benefit that will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. The gala will include an intimate sunset performance by the dancers of Verb Ballets with a breathtaking lake view at a contemporary Lakewood home while enjoying modern interpretations of classic Mexican food catered by El Carnicero of Lakewood with a variety of wine pairings and beer from Great Lakes Brewing Co.
The evening will also feature a special appearance of “The Coastliners” who are a celebrated specialty ensemble of the North Coast Men’s Choir which has dazzled audiences with their tight harmonies, fabulous costuming, outrageous humor and intricate dance moves which are the cornerstone to their unforgettable performances.
The event will be held at the Lakewood home of Jim Farley and the event is co-chaired by Ann Ennis, Deborah Glosserman and Trish Rooney. El Carnicero of Lakewood is the newest restaurant opened by chef-owner, Eric Williams, proprietor of Momocho & Happy Dog.
Tickets are $100 per guest. Admission includes open wine and beer bar. Event runs rain or shine. Reservations are required and can be made by visiting www.verbballets.org.
