Ventura Music Festival - April 28 to May 7

Apr 22, 2011 – The 17th Annual Ventura Music Festival, entitled "Caravana Muzica," will be held throughout the city of Ventura from April 28 to May 7.  

The performers will include Italian pianist Roberto Prosseda in his US premiere, Grammy Award winner Mark O’Connor with his string quartet, American trumpeter and composer Chris Botti, and Gypsy violinist (from Hungary) Roby Lakatos.

Concert tickets range from $15 to $45.  There are also two “Tea and Trumpets with the Festival Brass” scheduled on April 29 and May 6, an English Tea ambiance while listening to music, at $65 per ticket.
