Veilside, a popular band from the Chicago and Milwaukee area, are five stand-up guys , who not only rock for fun, but they rock for a cause.
Veilside is the official band of the Illinois Autism Society, writing and producing the theme song for the IAS, "Smile."
Veilside will be hosting the Breaking The Silence 5 event for autism awareness, on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 1:00pm at Durty Nellie's in Palatine, Illinois.
Veilside recently performed at Studio East , at popular radio station, 95.1 WIIL ROCK.
Veilside has shared the stage with heavy weight rockers like Five Finger Death Punch, Hinder, and Ratt, just to name a few. Veilside were also a featured band at the annual concert event ,
Rock On The Ranch, now called WILLROCKFEST.

"Veilside's first EP, "Chapter One" was released in 2008 and to date has sold over 4000 copies. Not resting on their laurels, Veilside once again entered the studio to begin recording a much more ambitious CD titled "This Time..." with producer Chuck Alkazian (Slipknot, Elton John, Cristina Aguilera) at Pearl Sound Studios which was released in 2011. The CD featured 5 new Veilside originals and their popular hard rock cover of the Kansas mega-hit "Dust in the Wind". Veilside also won the 2011 "Bandemonium" hosted by WIIL Rock (Kenosha) FM Radio, and has shared the stage with many notable national acts."
