Veggie and gouda frittata

1 cup asparagus, diced
1 cup peas
6 eggs
1 cup smoked gouda, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9-inch circle pie pan. Create a layer in the bottom of the pie dish with the asparagus and peas. Beat the eggs lightly, beating in the salt and pepper as well, and pour mixture over the veggies. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
