Among Fergie's favorite workouts: "Put on music, jump rope -- with a double sports bra! A double sports bra is key for the jump rope."
As for diet, she's a vigilant vegetarian, which allows Fergie to indulge in the delights of dairy.
"There's this one weakness that I have and it's a freezer weakness. It's Amy's Enchiladas, with cheddar cheese," she revealed.
But Fergie doesn't feel that the cheese provided by the manufacturer suffices.
"There's one with the low-sodium, so I'm thinking, 'Okay, I can have it. It's got the beans and the corn inside. ' Well, not when you add four pieces of your own sharp cheddar cheese slices on the top, and put it in the microwave! That's definitely a cheat for me," she confesses.
Fergie's trainer told Glamour magazine that he makes sure she gets her daily dose of cardio to work off that cheese.
"Since we started working together, she has totally reshaped her body," says DB. “Now she takes me everywhere she goes."
Squats are key, although Fergie isn't thrilled about doing them.
"Fergie has a love-hate relationship with the jump squat,” he says. “Hates to do it, loves the results.”
