Steve Wynn wants $25 million for his NYC apartment
The King of Las Vegas, Steve Wynn is ditching his NYC digs. Take a look at the gallery and convince yourself this apartment is worth $25 million.
Looking like it has been furnished with castoffs from the long gone Sands Hotel in Las Vegas, there is absolutly nothing glam about Steve Wynn's apartment.
Except the views of Central Park. But if you made your money turning sand and cactus into asphalt and neon, who cares about trees?
Steven Wynn's Fifth Avenue Motel 6 look-alike is a two-bedroom apartment that measures around 3,500 square feet.
It's a divorce deal. Steve and wifey Elaine are calling it quits - again!
First time they lasted 23 years, the second 18 years. The NYC apartment takes up a full floor and once was a four bedroom pad. The Wynns opened it up making three of the bedrooms into a master suite.
The layout is odd. The master BR is next to the living room - ala the motel suite layout. The kitchen is opposite the guest bedroom and the dining room abuts the laundry room.
Beige. Beige. Beige.
Steve Wynn wants $25 million, the same as Joan River's luxurious and elegant penthouse.
