Vegan Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms & Cheese
Vegan, Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free
- 1 jar Eden Organic tomatoes
- 5 fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup GO Veggie! Vegan Parmesan Cheese, plus more for serving
- 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot on the stove top over medium heat. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm atop pasta or vegetables.
