Vegan Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms & Cheese

Vegan, Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Eden Organic tomatoes
  • 5 fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup GO Veggie! Vegan Parmesan Cheese, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot on the stove top over medium heat. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Serve warm atop pasta or vegetables.
  3. Enjoy.
