Singer Pink showed off her taut, athletic physique in the October 2013 issue of Women's Health, where she shared her diet and workout secrets.
"My favorite workout right now is hot yoga," Pink told Women's Health Sept. 7. "But my favorite workout in general is my show, being onstage, because I get to have fun while I'm sweating! I don't even know how many calories I'm burning."
Pink has maintained her 60-pound baby-weight loss for over two years, thanks to a mostly vegan diet, near-daily workouts and an active lifestyle. The singer typically works out 60 to 90 minutes a day, five to six days a week, doing a combination of cardio exercise, P90X, yoga, running and hiking.
Despite her edgy image, Pink, 33, is actually a homebody who is a fan of the reality-TV competition "Top Chef." She also loves to cook healthy vegetarian dishes at home for her family.
"My go-to carbs are couscous and quinoa, and brown rice," she said. "We also have a big garden. That’s where I get the arugula for my yummy salad, which I make with sautéed asparagus, halloumi cheese, and lemon juice and truffle oil.”
The three-time Grammy winner follows a mostly vegan diet, but admits she occasionally eats chicken and grilled salmon. Pink, who's famous for her rock-hard abs and muscular build, confesses she has a major weakness for delicious, fattening foods.
“I would like to be more disciplined, but I just really enjoy food," she said. "I'm afraid of the world running out of cheesecake, especially Cheesecake Factory. I’d love to be 10 pounds thinner, but it’s not in the cards for me. And I’m totally OK with that.”
