Here’s another healthy smoothie for you New Year resolutionaries. This one combines the antioxidants of blueberries, protein of soy milk, potassium-rich bananas and the omega 3s of flax seeds. Cinnamon has also been getting some play as a cognitive booster.

¾ cup unsweetened soy milk

1 banana

½ cup ice

½ cup blackberries

¼ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp milled flax seed

Dump everything in your blender and mix till smooth.
