Actress Pamela Anderson put her age-defying physique on display at the Sean Penn and Friends Help Haiti Home gala in Los Angeles Jan. 12. Anderson, 45, wore a body-hugging flowery cocktail dress that accentuated her slender waist and toned arms.
The athletic 5-foot-7 Anderson, who recently switched to a vegan diet, has credited the plant-based eating plan for helping her manage Hepatitis C, a condition she has had since 2002.
"I have Hepatitis C and I feel great, which I think has a lot to do with my diet," Pam said in 2010. "I feel better [following a vegan diet]. I always feel healthy."
The 5-foot-7 Anderson has been a vegetarian since her teens, and has long been an advocate of weight-training and calisthenics. Judging by her youthful, toned figure, it's hard to believe it has been 20 years since Pam first donned her trademark red swimsuit in the hit TV series "Baywatch."
Pam is a longtime animal-rights activist who works with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) to advocate against animal cruelty and promote a vegetarian lifestyle
While Anderson isn't a workout fanatic like she was during her twenties, the former fitness instructor maintains an active lifestyle who says she plays basketball and baseball with her two sons.
She also regularly competes on physically challenging reality TV competitions such as "Dancing With the Stars" (2010 and 2012) and "Skating With the Stars" (2012).
