Actress Olivia Wilde looked radiant at the premiere of "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" in Los Angeles March 11.
Wilde, 29, donned a slinky black Gucci gown that accentuated her lean physique and toned arms. Olivia, who's considered one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood, credits her stunning looks to her vegan diet and active lifestyle.
"[Being vegan] is not always easy and accessible, but it's a way of life and makes me as a person feel really good and physically look better," said Wilde. "My skin was better, energy was better."
The athletic 5-foot-7 former model began following a vegetarian diet at age 12 and then switched to a vegan diet in 2008.
In addition to eating well, Olivia stays fit by doing karate, yoga, running and spinning. “I make fun of [spinning], but it’s amazing, because you have to push yourself through this resistance, which is so therapeutic,” she said. “And they say you can burn nearly 800 calories in 45 minutes if you push it to the highest level.”
Despite being a regular on sexiest women lists, Wilde reveals she didn't think she was beautiful enough to land her now-fiancé, "Saturday Night Live" star Jason Sudeiki, 37.
"I thought, 'He won't be interested in me,' I'm not a contender,' " Olivia told Marie Claire. "He was so cool, so funny. I was such a fan of his and had always fancied his speed and his intelligence. I thought, 'I'm not beautiful enough or his type.' "
Obviously, she was, as the attractive duo is now engaged.
