Actress Veena Malik's co-star, Vedita Pratap, has accused the actress of assaulting her deliberately on the sets of the Hindi movie 'Mumbai 125 Km' on January 26, 2012.
The two were shooting for a fight scene, where Veena was required to pull Vedita by her neck and bang her head to a iron rod, but the scene went too far.
Reportedly, Veena pushed Vedita so badly that she banged her head on the rod and hurt her forehead.
In describing the incident, Vedita said, "It was an action sequence. I was supposed to be beaten up. I don't know what happened to Veena. She actually hurt me and she did it so badly that I had nail marks on my body. I don't know what was wrong with her. And then she pushed me so badly and banged my head on the rod,".
"After the incident, I spoke to the director and told him that she is deliberately doing this. Acting is one thing, but this is just over acting,".
Vedita has got a scar on her forehead and is currently undergoing treatment.
Veena Malik created a furore in Pakistan recently for posing nude to a Indian magazine. Even a fatwa was issued on the actress by some Muslim organizations in India.
