Though fans may have had high hopes for the pair, on March 18 TMZ reported that Vanessa Marcil's divorce from Carmine Giovinazzo has been made official. They married in 2010 and Marcil filed for divorce in the summer of 2012.
The divorce cited “irreconcilable differences,” and there has never been much made public about Carmine Giovinazzo and Vanessa Marcil's divorce. TMZ reports that in the division of assets Marcil gets a Silverado, their Los Angeles home, some bank accounts, and all the rights to her baby clothes company called Baby Gagoo.
Giovinazzo gets a number of cars and motorcycles, including a 2009 Ducati and a 2006 Harley. He gets some bank accounts and other things as well, but clearly his focus was on the vehicles.
Fans may remember that Carmine got a DUI in January, and the two went through two heartbreaking miscarriages together. Marcil has a son, Kassius, with her ex Brian Austin Green. As it happens Green also sued Marcil last year over $200,000 he says he loaned her that she didn't repay.
Clearly 2012 was not a good year for either Carmine or Vanessa, but here's hoping 2013 leads both to better things now that Carmine Giovinazzo and Vanessa Marcil's divorce is finalized.
