One of the greatest rock bands of all time will be performing a concert in the Alamo City. Van Halen a hard rock band that was formed in 1972 and has an enormous amount of music history worldwide will be in San Antonio, Texasperforming live in concert June 22, 2012. The talented group from Pasadena, California has made a huge impact in the music industry. Hit songs like "Hot for Teacher," "Jump," and "Everybody Wants Some," are just a tip of the iceberg of many hits that have been made and performed by the famous rock band. Since 2004 the group was on a hiatus from the public until September 2007. The group has now returned with lead vocals by David Lee Roth and will be releasing their album A Different Kind Of Truth February 7, 2012. The first son "Tattoo" was the first single on that album and the song "Blood and Fire" will be the next single to be released from the album.

Van Halen will be performing live in San Antonio, Texas, Friday June 22, 2012 at the AT&T Center at 7:30p.m. Tickets will be on sale Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and Presale Tickets will be Friday 10am-10pm.
