Van Halen and Kool & The Gang will rock Amway on April 12

Fans cheered to the January 5th announcement, after performing at the world famous Cafe Wha? in New York City, of the upcoming Van Halen world tour.  Van Halen will be joined by R&B superstars Kool and The Gang on April 12 at 7:30pm when they totally rock Amway Center in Orlando. 

Van Halen's new single "Tattoo" is currently #1 on Billboard's Hard Rock Singles chart, #1 Most Played Song at Classic Rock Radio in its first week and #1 Most Added song at Mainstream and Active Rock Radio.

The band's world tour will include 48 shows beginning in Louisville, Kentucky on February 18 and ending in New Orleans on June 26.  New dates include Manchester, New Hampshire; University Park, Pennsylvania; and St. Louis, Missouri.  The band features Eddie Van Halen, David Lee Roth, Alex Van Halen and Wolfgang Van Halen.

The highly anticipated first original Van Halen studio album since 1984 with singer David Lee Roth, A Different Kind of Truth, will be released on February 7.
