"The Vampire Diaries" is currently airing on Channel 6 in Tempe. On Monday, March 18, From Inside The Box shared the latest comments made by Julie Plec about the series. Bonnie has been headed down a dark path during the fourth season, and now Silas wants to use her to kill more people. Julie Plec revealed more of what is next for Bonnie, who is played by actress Kat Graham on the series. She said the following, according to From Inside The Box:
"We haven't seen the height of intensity of Bonnie's storyline yet. This Shane/Silas person has an enormous amount of control over Bonnie. Shane as a human, Professor Shane, with no supernatural abilities whatsoever, was able to get such a strong hold on Bonnie that she came to believe she couldn't control her own magic without him. Now that you add a supernatural component to that, it becomes really extreme and really severe."
Shane, as a human, died on the island. Rebekah told one of the Salvatore brothers of his death on the last episode. Fans are buzzing about this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:

"The Vampire Diaries" will continue to air on Channel 6 in Tempe on Thursday nights.
