There are several things happening in the town of Mystic Falls during the rest of season four. Klaus will have sex with someone, Elijah will return, and the real Silas will be seen. All of this comes from Julie Plec. The executive producer said the following about these upcoming events on the series, according to Spoilers Guide:
"I will say that Joseph Morgan has some tattoos that I didn’t know he had until shooting this scene. It’ll be fun to have [Elijah] back in our Mystic Falls universe. We finally get a sense of what he’s been doing during his whole absence from our world. We do plan at some point to meet the real Silas."
Spoilers Guide also shared a new Tyler related spoilers. Previous spoilers had stated that he will not be seen again this season, but a new spoiler has revealed that fans will see him once more before the end of the season, and he will share a moment with Caroline.
