"The Vampire Diaries" is getting complicated on Channel 6 in Tempe. On Saturday, March 16, Spoiler TV shared a sneak peek for the next episode, "The Vampire Diaries" episode 4.17 titled "Because the Night." On this sneak peek, Klaus arrives at the Salvatore home, and he finds Caroline cleaning up after the party Elena held the night before. The two share a tense conversation about Tyler, and Caroline tells Klaus to leave. It is at this point that Stefan arrives, and he tells Caroline he invited Klaus over. They need his help with Silas.
Caroline has had things difficult lately. On the last episode, she found out that Tyler would likely not return to Mystic Falls anytime soon. He gave his home to Matt, and he sent Caroline a goodbye letter. Candice Accola has spoken about her character in an interview with From Inside The Box. She said the following about how Caroline's character has changed on the series:
"What Caroline was at the beginning of the series was, if she wasn't okay, she made it known that she wasn't okay. It was 'I'm not okay! This is what's wrong, and this is what's wrong!' and we don't see that a lot anymore. She keeps it together a lot, and she likes being strong, and she likes that feeling. Even when Klaus was asking her if she would take the cure and he was like 'No, I think you like... who you are now.' It's true ... As of right now, I don't think she likes when other people think she's not okay."
The actress also teased that she is excited for the next Klaus spin-off, and she was in New Orleans for the series to film recently. Fans are buzzing about this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:

"The Vampire Diaries" will continue to air on Channel 6 in Tempe on Thursday nights.
