On Friday, The CW released a trailer for the next episode of “The Vampire Diaries” to give viewers a first look at “Bring It On.”
This past week we watched as Elena (Nina Dobrev) collapsed under the weight of her emotions after she finally accepted that her brother (Steven R. McQueen) was really dead. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) used the sire bond to help Elena in the only way he could: he told her to turn off her emotions and she did.
Since Elena burned down her house to cover up Jeremy’s death, the next episode has her living with the Salvatore brothers. To make an awkward situation worse, Elena seems to have no problem walking around naked and points out to Damon and Stefan (Paul Wesley) that it’s nothing they haven’t seen before.
Also in the trailer, Elena surprises Caroline (Candice Accola) with her decision to return to the cheerleading squad. But her motives have nothing to do with school spirit. Emotionless Elena is much more interested in snacking on the competition.
“The Vampire Diaries” returns Thursday, March 14 at 7 p.m. CST on The CW.
