In an email sent by Valve to the website, accounts of the video game subscription service increase by 15 percent during the last three months, partly due to a boom around the holidays.
In a graph, Valve outlined that North America accounted for 41 percent of Steam’s 2013 sales revenue with Western Europe nipping at the region’s heels at 40 percent.
However, both the Russian and Brazilian regions showed the largest growth in terms of sales year-on-year, with the markets showing sales growth of 128 percent and 75 percent, respectively.
