The Albany Social Media for Business Meetup group is hosting a meetup on Tuesday, February 5.
Mike Franchell, the Executive Director of the Community Based Business Incubator Center, Inc., will be presenting Value Innovation Works (VIW). VIW helps any company identify its most important customer and their unmet needs.
The Albany Social Media for Business presented an overview of VIW in December. Attendees at the latest meetup will start the program in depth. If you have not already purchased the VIW book from amazon.com, they will be available at the meetup for $20.
