Actress Valerie Harper is the special guest star in the second episode of "Signed, Sealed and Delivered," titled "To Whom It May Concern," which premiered on April 27, 2014 on Hallmark Channel. "Signed, Sealed and Delivered" stars Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe and Geoff Gustafson as postal detectives in the post office dead letter office. The series is from Martha Williamson, the executive producer of "Touched By An Angel."

A mangled letter addressed "To Whom It May Concern" with an old postmark stumps the postal detectives. Oliver (Eric Mabius) opens the letter to find that it is addressed to a soldier who helped a young girl (Rami Kahlen) escape the war in Afghanistan. Enclosed with the letter is a form to the government, requesting the whereabouts of a soldier nicknamed Buzz.

With a bit of detective work, they find that the young woman is attending college in Colorado and is about to graduate. They eventually learn the identity of the young soldier , but he has gone off the grid and his mother has not seen him for a year.

Supervisor Theresa Capodiamonte (Valerie Harper) challenges them to find the soldier (Joel Berg), who they now know know is a war hero, even if he doesn’t want to be found. Their search leads them to discover a heart breaking number of war heroes who not only come home to less than a hero’s welcome, they become homeless.

Although the show does not address Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) directly, the soldier shows the effects suffered by so many veterans and other people who have experienced trauma.

The team's persistance in finding the soldier to deliver orphan’s letter to a war hero changes his life while bringing joy to the young woman. They have a heartwarming reunion at her college graduation.

Meanwhile, Theresa, gets the the opportunity to portray Glinda the Good Witch in a community theater production of "The Wizard of Oz.' and she decided that it is not to late to pursue her dream of a career in theatre.

Theresa is off to follow her dreams, but before she leaves, she advises the staff of the dead letter office to follow their dreams as well.

The cast of "Signed, Sealed and Delivered" includes: Oliver (Eric Mabius), Shane (Kristin Booth), Rita (Crystal Lowe) and Norman (Geoff Gustafson). Valerie Harper is the special guest star. The cast also includes: Rami Kahlon, Joel Berg, Rob Morton and Michael Hogan.
