Tila Tequila is coming to your home for Valentine’s Day. If she hasn’t come by already. Vivid announced that hernew video opus will be released on February 14. Meanwhile, Cease and Desist is NOT the name of the tape. The tape will also NOT feature Charlie Sheen or any of his porn stars as far as we know.
TMZ.com reports that lawyers for Vivid entertainment have already sent a "cease and desist" letter to porn hub for leaking a five minute clip of the video. This could have international ramifications as Pornhub is based in Cyprus. As previously reported porn hub allegedly obtained the tape from a Vivid employee.
It remains to be seen what will happen to the employee if caught. He will be fired and he can be sued for tortious interference with a contract. Still, if he had the connections to set up a deal, there's a chance he could work again. Unfortunately, he might have to work in Cyprus.
It is unclear whether Tila is getting paid at this point. TMZ reports "Tila Nguyen is in total shock and livid right now that someone had the audacity to leak out an intimate tape made with her and her 2 girlfriends without her consent. That tape was not meant for the public and she has been fighting fiercely in court to not have anything released. We are currently working with her lawyer's to decide what the next steps are."
She doesn't have much time to take those steps. No suit has been filed at this writing. Tila might not be the winner but Steven Hirsch, the Vivid head honcho made this statement on his website.

Presumably Tila and Hirsch will make a deal or already have a deal in place. it's not like Tila can sue Hirsch for invasion of privacy, as Tila has lived her life without privacy. Tila will get something for her troubles, at least off the back end, because once the tape is out, presumably it will be copied and distributed all over the place.
