You can go on a horse and carriage ride through Old Towne Portsmouth, Virginia on Valentine's Day. The Sweetheart horse-drawn carriage rides takes you through the Historic District of Old Towne in a white Wedding Carriage. They provide blankets for comfort and a goodie bag for fun.
