Family Guy's latest episode centered around a parody of the movie Valentine's Day, which featured the love stories of several people over the course of the day of love.
Quagmire got his own story in this episode which included him shocking himself and waking up to discover he had been turned into a woman. At first, he is shocked to be treated as nothing more than an object and it seems that he will finally learn how to treat a lady with respect. After a trip to the doctor's office ends with him declaring he'll never be a pig again, he decides to take advantage of the moment to spend some time with the ladies - as a lady.
Stewie's story involves his usual quirk of being a baby genius. Upon going back in time, he instantly falls in love with a toddler girl who he pursues and kisses, only to discover the girl he has fallen for is his own mother. Embarrassed, he returns to the future to escape his humiliation.
Stewie also has a hand in Brian's story which involves him receiving a lesson about his personality. After being confronted by all his ex-girlfriends and being told what a jerk he was to all of them, he insults everyone of them and Stewie in return and is then chased by an angry mob of women. Of course, as is Family Guy's style, Brian ends up with a happy ending with no less than ten of the women he was being chased by.
American Dad's Valentine's episode had a bit of a different twist; Roger's newest character is fresh out of prison and loaded with money. While the family lets him shower them with gifts, he falls in love with a waitress who only wants him for his money. After the family has tried in vain to alert him that the girl is only after him for his money, the two become engaged and get married. As soon as Roger's character dies, the family is lead to believe that while the girl actually did love him since she refused anything on the pre-nup, they were the ones who were waiting for the character to die so that they could receive the money. They were deceived however, since the money was left to the character's son, meaning the money still remained with Roger in the end.
Family Guy airs on Fox on Sunday's at 9 P.M. while American Dad follows directly after at 9:30 P.M.
