With Valentine’s Day creeping up so fast this year it is important to realize how the sweets from you sweet can damage your body image in more than one way. From tooth decay to unwanted weight gain, Valentine’s Day can become a lonely depressing holiday. Nevertheless, there are other gifts that can be given that will show the same amounts of love, and joy to the person you love.

This is a time to get creative think outside the box and think of things your loves one would love more than candy or sweets, doesn’t need to be expensive just a handmade note to let them know how often you think of them and how their body image does not affect you but that their overall health does. A handmade lunch and a wholesome dinner followed by some dancing at a dancing facility near you, how about the good old flowers trick that does it every time. People swoon for the flowers they become the talk of the office and gossip begins, good gossip hopefully.

Another gift that is both healthy and beautiful is the gift of fruit baskets or the arrangements of fruits instead of flowers. Think about what your loved one would prefer when it comes to fruit and you have a perfect valentine gift idea. Strawberries well they are not only good for you but they are also very well for the health of your mouth. Strawberries can help keep your teeth clean so why not add these romantic fruits to your plates of goodies for the valentine season.

Watch out for some of those sugar free candies too because there may be certain ingredients that to the same type of damage to the teeth as do regular sugar. Meany chose to go all out on Valentine’s Day and prefer the good old regular sugar. NO sweets for your sweets would make someone wonder how very special they are to you.

How about cheesecake yep that is right the calcium and dairy in the delicious full of calorie dessert could help improve the enamel and possible improve the health of someone’s teeth. This is to be eaten in moderation only.

This Valentine’s day show someone how much you care for them by making some smart little switches in their gifts to make them a healthier person. Nothing says I Love you like the gift of healthier living styles.
