Why have a Valentine's Day Guide to McClure Beach? McClure Beach is extremely secluded which gives you and your valentine privacy to cuddle, enjoy a beachside picnic, or just enjoy watching the birds and ocean. The surf is extremely wild so there is a constant noise of waves crashing to avoid any need to bring romantic music. Every once in a while you will even her elk. The elk call is a musical sweet sound similar to a dirge bugle. It is quite romantic and unlike almost anything you have heard before.

The other reason to have this Valentine's Guide to McClure Beach is to give tips to maximizing the romance here. Along the inner trails at the edge of the beach is a meadow of wildflowers. They are predominantly yellow although there is almost every color represented. Bring a ribbon in your pocket. You can can have a nice stroll along the path and pick flowers as you go. Then you can tie them up with a bow and enjoy a great smile as you give your girl a Valentine's Day bouquet. Additionally the beach is covered with starfish and driftwood. Come in advance and make a heart in starfish. Alternatively you can write your names in big letters on the beach. There is a path just above the beach you can walk on and look down onto the beach. Imagine her delight as she looks down and sees that you have written "I love you" in the sand below. You can also for added color make a heart with wildflowers and put this on the sand.

What Valentine's Day Guide to McClure Beach would be complete without suggestions for hotels. There are many options. Some of the most romantic, and reasonably priced, from my experience are the Lingonberry Farm Bed and Breakfast Inn, Jasmine Cottage, and Neon Rose. These are small hotels/bed and breakfasts that have amazing staff. They are also very quiet and not too far from the beach. Another great advantage is they are near areas to stroll in the evening and restaurants. Several of the restaurants offer amazing swedish pancakes with delightful lingonberry jelly on top.

I hope you enjoyed your Valentine's Day Guide to McClure Beach.
