Valentine's Day means love, and children love nothing better than crafting gifts for those who are special for them.
Green Valley Library
The Blind Date with a Book program will be on Feb. 12 for teens at the Green Valley Library. Participants ages 12-17 will choose a covered book based only on description. They will then be able to take it home and unwrap it in hopes they find a new favorite. An innovative way to discover new authors.
Patrons ages 12 and older can learn how to make a Valentine’s Day wreath for their front doors from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 12 at the Green Valley Library. Due to limited supplies, participants must register, and there is a 10-person limit.
To register for either of these events, go online, visit or call the library at 207-4261.
