Here are ways to relax on Valentine's Day: read a book or magazine, exercise, listen to a funny comedian, walk, meditate, go bowling, attend yoga class, watch your favorite TV shows, watch your favorite sports team play, go to your favorite restaurant for dinner, surround yourself with positive people, enjoy the zoo, visit a museum, enjoy a good movie and listen to music.
