Valentine's Day do something for a honey bunny, or someone else (Photos)

“Love is the thing that enables a woman to sing while she mops up the floor after her husband has walked across it in his barn boots.” Hoosier Farms

“One should always be in love. That is the reason one should never marry.” Oscar Wilde

“Get married early in the morning. That way, if it doesn't work out, you haven't wasted a whole day.” Mickey Rooney

Well, it is about that time of the year to start thinking about getting something nice for your lovey dovey, hoochie coochie, honey bunny…wait a minute. How about getting a bunny for your honey, poochie for your hoochie, or a lovey birdie for your dovey? Or maybe just donate in the name of your heartthrob.

The Nebraska Humane Society is looking for donations this Valentine’s Day. Your donation in the name of your honey will help the sweethearts at the Nebraska Humane Society that are waiting for a loving, warm, and caring home. Once you make your donation in the name of your loved one you can select from five different eCards or a printable card to let your Valentine know about the awesome gift donated in their name. Whether it is your wife, mother, your hoochie mama or sugar daddy, all those with heart and soul will greatly appreciate the gift of giving in their name.

Better yet, if you or your sweetheart has the room in your home and your heart, why not adopt a pet this Valentine’s Day. Not only is it an awesome gift for your loved one it is a wonderful gift to give to a homeless animal. The feeling of giving comfort to someone in need is so rewarding. The feeling is the same when you give a homeless animal the comfort of a warm loving home. Animals are so appreciative, loving, forgiving, and they don’t judge you.

While we are out there stressing about what would be an appropriate gift for our sweetheart there are so many sweethearts at the Nebraska Humane Society just waiting for somewhere to call home, for someone just to love them, and that’s all they want.

So, please take a trip to the Nebraska Humane Society or any of the many local shelters in your area. If it is not a puppy, dog, kitten, or cat that you are looking for check out the website. There are all sorts of sweethearts just waiting for a loving home.
