Flatiron's American Bar and Grill, 2540 Tenderfoot Hill St., 576-2540, has a 4-course dinner for $25 per person during the entire month of February. Their Romance Menu is offerred nightly after 5pm.

P.F. Chang's Bistro, 1725 Briargate Pkwy, 593-8580, will have a 4-course dinner for $39.95 per couple.
