14 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

  • 20 toes to bar

"14 ways I love you"

Two rounds for time

  • 1 clean and jerk (135#/95#)
  • 2 toes to bar
  • 3 handstand push ups
  • 4 wall climbs
  • 5 kettlebell swings (2 pood/1.5 pood)
  • 6 walking lunges
  • 7 pull ups
  • 8 front squats (135#/95#)
  • 9 sit ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 11 box jumps
  • 12 deadlifts (135#/95#)
  • 13 wall balls
  • 14 burpees

"Love in both directions"
