This wonderful coffee filter craft makes for an awesome Valentine’s Day activity that is easy for children to make and also is easy on the budget.
The materials needed for this craft project:
- Coffee filter
- Sheet of red tissue paper
- Sheet of gold tissue paper
- ribbon
- scissors
- glue stick
- hole punch
To make:
- Take the coffee filter and smooth it out with palm of hand, until smooth and flat.
- Cut out a large red heart and also a small gold heart.
- Using the glue stick, adhere the large red heart to the center of the coffee filter.
- Next, glue the small gold heart to the center of the large red heart.
- Punch a hole into the top of the coffee filter.
- Thread a piece of ribbon through the hole.
The craft will then be ready to be hung on a wall for a Valentine’s Day decoration.
