Wow LA! You did an amazing job with this! You provide so many details and take the leg work out of the equation so travelers can just go ahead and book.

The Kura Hulanda in Curacao is quite a place, but it's located in town away from the beach. If you don't mind that, it's a beautiful setting. The Lodge Kura Hulanda and Beach Resort is quite a distance away in a beautiful, but secluded setting. If you want the water activities and beach, that is a better choice to stay... Just FYI, for those considering Curacao. If you could spend the day on the beach and come back to civilization at night, that might work!

That suite looks so serene....I think I need to declutter my own suite since I won't be going to any island getaways.

With the TheReef… Housekeeping will leave your room open (CRIME is out of control right now) & (if you're with a man – very sexist still) they'll stalk you w/ the timeshare pitch. These are really condos. Have them place you in a room close to the main building, frontdesk rarely answers & it's a 10 min walk down there from where I was. Plenty of obnoxious Americans during my stay parked at the pools. As per the Cayman norm, you’ll probably have to press them to get what’s offered in the packages. Be ready for the beach tractor’s beeping! Also, it’s on East End so be prepared to either pay $60 a pop for cabs or rent a car if you want to do anything. Food at Foster’s across the street is very fair priced & good. Salads fruits & hot prepared. There’s an internet café across the street in the liquor store, but TheReef decided to point me to their info office where it’s free on my last day there. Concierge - Michele is great! Brian is the assistant to the GM. You will need this info.
