Valentine’s Day Alfredo Seafood Fettuccine

This rich and creamy pasta dish with three types of seafood is perfect for Valentine’s Day dinner. It comes together in moments but when I serve this entree to guests they always say I shouldn’t have worked so hard. I never tell them what a breeze it is to assemble.

What You Need:
(Makes: 4 servings)

Uncooked fettuccine (8 ounces)
1 envelope Alfredo sauce mix
1 can of the real crabmeat or a package (8 ounces) of imitation crabmeat
Bay scallops (6 ounces)
Uncooked medium shrimp (6 ounces), peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon plus 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of butter
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

What to Do:
Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, prepare Alfredo sauce according to package directions.

STEP 2) In a large skillet, sauté the crab, scallops and shrimp in butter for 2 to 3 minutes or until scallops are opaque and shrimp turn pink. Stir into Alfredo sauce and season with garlic powder. Cook and stir for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened. Drain fettuccine; top with seafood mixture.
