Making a Valentine heart using felt and embroidery thread can be easy to do with the kids or to make as gifts.
These hearts can be used for all sorts of things including adding them to cards, putting them on presents or adding to a gift tag.
The patterns suggests using the DMC book Emma Broidery’s Embroidery Stitch Tool, DMC Embroidery floss, craft felt, a heart dye or heart punch, heart buttons, pin backs and some old jean material.
Once the hearts are cut you embroider them together in different sizes and colors and add some buttons as decorations. The patterns are endless depending on how far your imagination will take you.
