Valentine body art for the love of dogs

Call it crazy or courageous or maybe just simply generous, as two San Francisco SPCA representatives will be auctioning off parts of their body to be tattooed in an effort to raise funds for homeless dogs and cats.

Beginning this Saturday, February 2, Laura Gretch and Daniel Quagliozzi will offer real estate on their bodies to the highest bidder on eBay. The scheme is all part of the San Francisco SPCA celebration of Valentine’s weekend with the 2nd Annual “Be Mine” Adoptathon. Festivities kick off Friday, February 8th with the “Cats, Tats & Cocktails” party from 4:30pm - 9:00pm. Open bar all evening, and free adoptions all weekend!

DannyBoy Smith, from Let It Bleed Tattoo Parlor, will be inking Laura, Daniel and guests - tattoos are only $40. Flexx Bronco's Cosmic American Voodoo Van and Manna Sushi will be serving up comfort food all night.
