Love is in the air. As Valentine’s Day approaches, finding fun, romantic and unique activities to do with a partner or by oneself can put pressure on a romantic. Valentine's Yin by Candlelight and "Violin" with Morganne

Yin yoga class led by Carina Adams. Yin is a type of yoga that really gets into the connective tissue and follows the different meridians of the organs used in Chinese medicine. Practitioners hold the poses from three to five minutes. This class will focus on deep backbends that help open the chest and the heart. There will also be a discussion of the heart chakra. Cleveland Institute of Music graduate student, Morganne Aaberg, will accompany the class with live violin music. Register for this event via their website.
Valentine Day Tantric Yoga & Partner Massage Workshop
