H1N1 vaccine rights legal information, including the videoed address (below) at New York's Vaccine Rights Rally held by health workers late last month, is provided by Vaccine Rights Attorney at Law, Alan Phillips.
Throughout the nation, parents, teachers, health workers and others from all walks of life are expressing concern about their rights, or lack thereof, related to heavy-handed, post 2001 laws gripping them on a personal level during today's declared 'national emergency' that is equivalent to a terrorist attack in terms.

Problem
Potentially harmful, fast-tracked, uninsurable H1N1flu vaccines may be mandated in an emergency context without exemptions, and those who refuse the vaccine may be subject to quarantine in a government facility at the discretion of public health officials.

Solution
Informed choice is severely lacking in current laws.
To change this, citizens must take steps to enact new policy and law that permits citizens to refuse emergency vaccines; to self-quarantine and or self-isolate at home, should quarantine or isolation be ordered by public health officials; and to prevent our kids from being kept out of school and other activities based on their vaccination status only.

About Alan Phillps
- Phillps co-founded Citizens for Healthcare Freedom in the mid- 1990's, a NC nonprofit organization originally founded to raise awareness on vaccine concerns.
- His Dispelling Vaccination Myths article (pdf file), written in 1996 and updated periodically in subsequent years, has been published around the world and translated into several languages including Russian, Chinese, Spanish and several other European languages.
