What: Purple pride takes over Baltimore. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Housing Commissioner Paul T. Graziano and Telesis Corporation will tear down blight and celebrate the Baltimore Ravens on Purple Friday.

Did you know? The Vacants to Value initiative seeks to drive growth and reinvestment in Baltimore's neighborhoods by streamlining the sale of vacant city property; strengthening code enforcement efforts to promote rehabilitation; and providing new, targeted incentives for home-buyers and developers who invest in vacant homes.

Guess what? Telesis Corporation plans, finances and builds urban communities that are livable, beautiful, and safe.

Have you hear of the Vacants to Value Booster Program? The program will offer $10,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance to the first 50 buyers of qualified Vacants to Value properties. This program is offered in addition to other Vacants to Value home-ownership incentives, traditional home-ownership incentive programs, and property tax credits
