Va. official who sued DHS over illegal alien data to run for Lt. Governor

Last week, Prince William County Board of Supervisors Chairman Corey A. Stewart said he would enter the race to become Virginia’s next run for lieutenant governor in 2013. He made the announcement during an interview on Newsradio 1070 WINA in Charlottesville.

Stewart recently sued the Department of Homeland Security in an effort to discover what action (if any) the federal agency has taken against 4,000 illegal aliens his county has turned over to ICE for deportation.

He took this measure after Prince William County police began noticing that the illegal aliens they arrested for various crimes and then turned over to ICE, kept showing up in their jail.

Stewart has also endorsed the establishment of a National Day of Remembrance for those killed by illegal aliens…http://www.examiner.com/immigration-reform-in-national/november-6th-is-national-remembrance-day-for-those-killed-by-illegal-aliens
