V3 Fights returns to Memphis with three title bouts

The V3 Fights heavyweight title (amateur MMA) will be on the line when undefeated champion Chase Sherman of Mississippi takes on undefeated interim champ Jason Ostrowski of Missouri January 19 at Minglewood Hall in Memphis, Tenn.

In the co-headliner, the V3 vacant lightweight title will be up for grabs as Tyler Hill faces Matt Holmes. Also on the card, Dekaire Sanders has put aside his light heavyweight title to drop to middleweight to face Mississippi’s Daniel Sullivan for the vacant 185-pound strap.

The January 19 event will mark V3 Fights’ broadcast premiere on Comcast Sports South and Aggression TV. The doors open at 6 p.m. CT, the fights start at 7 p.m. CT. Tickets are $45, $35 (reserved seating), $25 (general admission). Go to www.v3fights.com for more information.
