The Bears (3-0) outshot the Huskies 11-6, including 4-0 in the opening half. The Bears had seven shots on goal, while the Huskies managed just one shot on goal.
Baylor tallied the only goal of the game in the 25th minute, when Natalie Huggins drilled a long distance shot past Washington keeper Megan Kufeld, her second goal of the season.
The Huskies (1-2) battled back in the second half, registering all six of their shots. But Baylor keeper Michelle Kloss was up to the task, recording the shutout to improve to 3-0 on the season.
The Huskies look to get back to .500 when they host Boise State on Sunday afternoon.
