BYU Management Society Utah Valley Chapater is hosting their 4th Annual Pioneer in Leadership Award Scholarship Fundraiser on Friday, November 18, 2011.
The Utah Valley Chapter of the BYU Management Society invites you to join us as we honor LaVell Edwards as the 4th recipient of the Pioneer in Leadership award. Come join us at the Award Gala and scholarship fundraiser on Friday, November 18th at the Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center at 7pm.
Special Offer - for the first time in the 4-year history of the event, we are offering the first 100 individuals registering for the event entry to our VIP Reception at 5:30pm and trust us, you want to be there. Everyone attending the VIP Reception will have their picture taken with LaVell Edwards.
The Award Gala will feature entertainment by Lokalgrown and LaVell Edwards as our keynote speaker. The evening will also feature tributes by Chad Lewis, Associate AD at BYU and Mike Jacobsen, Director of Athletics at UVU, both former players of Lavell.
The Utah Valley Chapter created the Pioneer in Leadership Award to recognize contemporary pioneers that exemplify courage in adversity and integrity in leadership and to raise scholarship money for deserving BYU and UVU students. Past recipients have included Glenn Beck, President Dieter F. Uchtdorf and Stephen R. Covey.
