It’s not quite spring in Utah, but the weather is pretending to be so at times. There are starting to be people with the initiative to do outdoor spring cleaning with their outside properties. From going through shoveling snow at times to do major clean-up with the rake or other devices beware of your body. It can be very easy to over-do your shoulders and lower back. Make sure to watch yourself. It would be very good to do a little bit of stretching to keep your muscles loosened up.
Even if you are an athlete, the constant working in your yard might exceed the endurance time you would normally be used to do with your other endurance and strength training workouts. So with the next week of very nice weather, try to monitor the health of your back as well as the other parts of your body that might not be used to the Spring Cleaning yard workout.
