When building your career, it's important to have direction. The next Utah County Job Club will be Wednesday, November 2, 2011. We'll be talking about having a "vision statement" for your life. Just like companies, personal vision statements are important! Without a vision, where are you heading? Meeting starts at 8am and usually runs until 9:15am. Come at 7:45am for early networking. Remember: This group is open to anyone in Salt Lake and Utah County area. Information covered is helpful for unemployed and employed persons.
There is no fee to be a part of the group. This group is about providing a place where job seekers can connect to support each other and learn about effective job searching. A sampling of topics covered: Resumes, Interviewing, Networking, Using social media – like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Evaluating job offers…and much more! Parking available on the south end of the campus - near the large main building H. Walk along the west side of Bldg H back to the East Bay Café (you'll see a large orange sign). The meeting is held in the conference room on the far north end of the cafeteria area.
