When suffering from heartbreak, the widespread belief is that time heals all wounds. Although this can be true, there is a way to accelerate the healing process to bring some much needed emotional relief. That way is Reiki!
Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive form of energy medicine that has been shown to remove energetic blocks in the body which in turn allows the body and spirit to heal more rapidly.
Since Reiki works on both a physical and spiritual level, it offers extra support when one is suffering an emotional roadblock. Reiki is administered by the Reiki practitioner placing her hands on the client and allowing the Reiki energy to flow through her palm chakras. The Reiki energy then enters the client’s body and dissolves blocks of energy it encounters, thus harmonizing the body and spirit of the client. This in turn allows the client to more readily heal from emotional and spiritual trauma.

After investigating a few practitioners’ websites, it is best to call and actually speak with one or two in order to get a better feel for her as an individual. After a quick conversation you will better know with whom you would like to book your first appointment.
In most cases after just your first session you will begin to feel much better both physically and emotionally. The most common experience among Reiki clients is a feeling of deep relaxation and well-being during and after a Reiki treatment with the more profound healing results being noticed after a few sessions.
Reiki is an excellent way to speed up your emotional healing, and I highly recommend it to anyone experiencing any type of heartache.
