Ask your favorite stores to include you in their mailing lists. This is another wonderful way to have a steady flow of coupons in your organizer.

Organizing - Organization is crucial to successfully saving with coupon clipping. No matter what system you choose the point is to have access to the coupon you need when you need it. Before you go shopping make a shopping list when possible. Compare you list to your coupons and plan accordingly. Some coupons require buying multiple units of the items mentioned in the coupon so make sure your shopping list reflects that.

Using – Using coupons is easy if you have the first two steps in place. Using coupons will become much easier when you keep your coupon organization system in your car. There is nothing more frustrating than forgetting your coupons at home and knowing you are going to pay more than you would if you had your coupon organizer with you. Also, check a store’s double coupon policy. This will add to your savings quickly and many will offer it on specific days of the week. Some offer double coupons simply by signing up for their discount cards and Safeway now offers the option of loading your coupons from their website to your discount card.

Coupons can be a great way to lessen spending and can be easily attainable with a little planning and organization.
