Usher and Tameka Raymond can rest a little easier knowing that the jet ski operator will now face charges for allegedly running over Kile Glover. According to TMZ on Friday, March 1 Jeffrey Simon Hubbard has been arrested and indicted by the Grand Jury in Hall County, Georgia for homicide.
Jeffrey Simon Hubbard is accused of colliding his jet ski into Usher's 11 year old stepson, Kile Glover, which led to severe brain injuries in July. Kile Glover never recovered consciousness from the injuries and subsequently died as a result on July 21.
At the time of the jet skiing incident Kile was on an inflatable raft while vacation with his father Ryan Glover.
The Grand Jury indicted Hubbard for homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel and reckless operation of a vessel. Currently Hubbard is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in front of a judge this weekend for his bail hearing.
