The Inaugural festivites began over the weekend for President Barack Obama. On January 19th was a children's concert which featured performances by Katy Perry, Usher and more.

The concert and the two official inaugural balls are being held at the Washington Convention Center over the weekend when Obama begins his second term.

The Inauguration will take place on Monday, January 21.
